Bank Letter

Purchases must be paid in full via cash (U.S. Currency), wire transfer (payable to Mid South Auction and Realty LLC.), or check with current original bank letter of guarantee within ONE HOUR of the close of the sale. Bank letter must read: _________ is a customer of this bank, This bank will guarantee unqualified payment to Mid South Auction & Realty LLC. on account # ________ up to the amount of $________. No ‘Stop Payment’ will be issued regarding this transaction. This letter expires on_______. (Must be at least 10 days after the auction date). The bank letter needs to be provided at time of registration, then approved by the auctioneer. Auctioneer has final approval of acceptance. Letter must be on your banks letterhead with you bank officers contact information.

Taxes:

We do not collect sales tax on vehicles sold. We do collect sales tax on all other items sold. ( If you are purchasing farm equipment and want the farm sales tax rate you must have a farm permit issued from the state of Mississippi, the farmer affidavit will no longer be accepted. )
